At Bloom & Shadow, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our top priorities. Due to the nature of fine jewellery, we follow a carefully defined return and refund policy in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center guidelines.
As our products are crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, size issues, or minor design variations.
However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the event of a damaged or defective product, subject to verification.
A refund or replacement will be applicable only if:
The product is received damaged or defective
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear images or an unboxing video showing the damage and original packaging are provided
The product is unused and in original condition
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
Share required images or video proof
Once verified, a refund or replacement will be approved
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or wear & tear
Delayed reporting beyond 48 hours
Minor variations in color, finish, or design (natural to jewellery craftsmanship)
Incorrect size selection by the customer
